For guests traveling to the wedding, our preferred hotel is the Embassy Suites in Altamonte Springs, conveniently located near Altamonte Mall and approximately eight miles north of downtown Orlando.

Wedding-day transportation will depart from the hotel and take guests directly to Pegasus Manor. If you plan to use the complimentary shuttle, we strongly encourage you to stay within our room block.

Our special wedding rate is $161 per night, but only 20 rooms are available at this discounted rate.

Reservations are first come, first served, so please book early!

Wedding Transportation Shuttle

To make getting to and from the celebration easy, shuttle transportation will be provided between the Embassy Suites and Pegasus Manor.

To the Wedding

A shuttle will depart from the Embassy Suites before the ceremony and transport guests directly to Pegasus Manor.

Return Shuttle — After the Formal Reception

For guests ready to call it a night after the formal reception, an early shuttle will return to the Embassy Suites before the after-party begins.

Return Shuttle — After the After-Party

For guests joining us for the after-party, a final shuttle will depart Pegasus Manor at the end of the evening and return to the Embassy Suites.

Exact departure times will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Please be ready to board 10–15 minutes before departure, as shuttles will leave promptly. If you are left behind, you will have to arrange your own transportation.
